ASA axes ‘bloody Mary ad’, as it scares Londoners

Not all Londoners are brave-hearted. A brief digital display ad placed in London tube stations were pulled off as per ASA instructions because it freighted the good life out of Londoners, especially the kids.

The poster was designed to promote “Bloody Mary: Killer Queen Exhibit” at the London Dungeon.the digital display shows ‘Bloody Mary’ morphed into a monstrous figure before she regains her usual posture.

Personally, I don’t believe in this ‘frightening’ element. At a time when scary movies and zombie flicks only succeeds to make us giggle instead of frighten, the element of fear from such unreal visuals is negligible.
