This is unquestionably a very thought provoking and a hard hitting advertising campaign launched by WWF to depict the effects of deforestation. The campaign apparently focuses on the plights of wild animals in the wake of fast depleting forests and comparing with the homeless masses of the urban set up. In simpler words, the campaign aims to convey that deforestation is making wild animals homeless.
The campaign has placed the animals on the streets where usually home less people take shelter in urban areas. The campaign has been enormously successful in conveying its message in an effective way. The copy of the ad reads, ‘mindless deforestation wrecks home’.
