Well, everybody is banking on the hype around World Cup football 2010. Lynx celebrates it with a girl with photoshoppically-enhanced boobs. Virgin Atlantic too celebrated it with the symbolic gesture of flying celebration. Now Greenpeace also comes up with an ad against deforestation, banking on World Cup.
The spot shows green match-head trees covering soccer field being set ablaze. It symbolically reflects the destruction of forests and its gravity.
The copy reads-Every two seconds an area of forest the size of a football pitch is being cut down.
