SPI Insulating Windows had launched this print advertisement campaign to strengthen its brand name and enlarge consumer base while promoting its product. The campaign aims to establish the extent of effectiveness of the product in extreme conditions when everything else breaks down. The advertisement is showing the entire city has been blanketed in snow and the entire life seems to be coming at halt, however, a house using this windows seems to be having business as usual even in this circumstances. Another advertisement of the campaign is showing a city submerged in water but for the product user the life is usual as before.
The presentation of the campaign is certainly effective as it clearly highlights the product benefit in a fascinating way. However, the advertisement showing submerged city seems to have been exaggerated a bit more than required. The photography of the campaign is no doubt excellent but retouching seems to be struggling a little. Following the notion of strong presentation need of any supporting text was not considered. The campaign was developed by D’Adda, Lorenzini, Vigorelli, BBDO, Milan, Italy.
