It all happened in an attempt to persuade children to free talk about their sexual problems. That’s not all, raunchy language and “sexual moan and groan” successfully able to piss of advertising watchdog Offcom and got a (don’t know well deserved or not, better consult Michael Jackson) slap along with a “totally inappropriate” “editorial misjudgment” tag.
Offcom said
the scheduling of such a promotion when younger children would have been in the audience was an editorial and compliance misjudgement…We have no issue with the points that the BBC make about the merits of a campaign that seeks to address the important subject of sexual health among young people.
If you wonder what did the ad says
Dirty hot babes all over the UK looking for you to make their body rock…
Call me now – I’ve got lips to leave you breathless and a body to make you moan
Hmm…quite funny..isnt it..I missed to tune in BBC last time..next time I dont want to…
