Here is a clever copy-oriented campaign for the ‘weight care clinic’ penned by Memac Ogilvy, Dubai. The campaign tries to make us know about the ill-effects of obesity at ease.

‘Don’t die before you time’ the ads say and even though these words appear to be casually shot, they hit us hard, owing to the sited stories of two obese persons. The ads foretell the death time of Haya el Hamid, the gifted music teacher and Tarek Osman, a journalist of distinction.

Miss Haya el Hamid will pass away in hospital on 28th may, after falling into a coma. A well respected scribe, Tarek Osman will collapse and die on 7th July at the family home. Their lifestyle with lack of exercise caused the early death, the ads describe.

The copy is smooth, and easily conveys the message.
