You know I always thought that French fries, like chocolate, pretty much sold themselves. But I had no idea how fierce the competition in the fries business was until I saw this fascinating print ad promoting New York Fries. With the catch phrase Real Fries in a Fake World clearly taking a dig at the silicon-powered bust line of its smiling blonde model, the ad promises consumers the complete goodness of fries derived from the finest whole premium potatoes as opposed to the enhanced ones sold by other vendors. The ad was created by Toronto-based ad agency Zig, and wins all the points for wit and catchiness!
