JWT is full fledged in Russia now to give companies spread consumerism (not communism, dumbo) in the best possible way. The local Russian Video International Group, Ravi merged with JWT. The pair has a new name now, JWT/RAVI CIS.

JWT targets market in Russia as well as CIS (Confederation of Independent States) countries and is busy chalking out integrated marketing communication plans.
Both the parties are excited about the venture (they should be, no point in wasting time in distributing boring PR letters.)
JWT does operate in places like Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan with local partner Ark Advertising. Bidding adieu to its old partner Ron Vrijmoet, Chief Operating Officer for JWT Continental Europe, said, ‘We are very excited about our joint venture with Ravi. It will give JWT a strong presence in Russia and our multinational clients access to one of the best agencies in the country. It will give Ravi and local Russian clients access to one of the world’s biggest and most effective global advertising networks.”
