This recent ad from ‘Bold Moves’ ad campaign from ford drew some serious condemnation as the ad seems to be glorifying a divorced family. So there are arguments taking rounds that the ad is somewhat justifying the concept of divorce. However, the official version prefers to not to touch it directly has said that there were appreciation for the ad as well from nontraditional families.

Further, people are increasingly seeing it as a desperate attempt of the company in order to save it as there is a paradigm shift in the advertisement policies started with ‘Bold Moves’. The other, recent ads using American Idol stars Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Hicks too was a kind of deviation but it got confused with the concept of ‘innovative thinking’.
