This is a billboard advertisement of the ministry of health in a Chinese city, which was hurriedly brought down when it was realized that the model appearing in the advertisement was a Japanese porn model. The tag line of the reads as ‘The nurse angel, Serve healthy job……. – the league of the world health city’. It is reported that hundreds of people are coming to attend the meeting.
In fact, the photograph appeared in the billboard was taken from another photograph which might have been used as a pornographic photo. The authorities seem to have edited the original photograph before using it for the billboard.
