It affects your nail health, leaving them chipped and broken. File your nails when they are dry and file them in one direction only.

It sounds weird and no less than a stupid beauty myth, but it is actually true. Toothpaste helps one get rid of or to lessen the acne breakout owing to some very effective ingredients present in it. However, you should use it sparingly, or the harsh chemicals in toothpaste might leave your skin dry or irritated.
