Sydney Boutiques and Shops – Top 10 Multi brand Boutiques in Sydney, Australia

If you are a woman and area designer or a brand chic and if you are on the look out to buy or pick out nothing but the best here is the list for you to check before you spend on something that you might not want to regret once you get back home from this trip. Multi brand boutiques in Sydney.

Belinda

At her Paddington shop front you’ll find Helmut Lang, Christian Wijnants and Vanessa Bruno as well as hip Brits Jonathan Saunders, Peter Pilotto and Mary Katrantzou — as it’s all in the name(s).

The Corner Shop

The Corner Shop, catering to a slightly younger and hipper crowd. The original outlet lives in a former corner store on Paddington’s William St. (stocking Isabel Marant and Elizabeth & James among others). Its younger sibling lives in spacious digs in the Strand Arcade in the city.

Mrs Watson

Mrs (Renée) Watson has spent the past six years clothing discerning clients in the North Shore. Danish labels include Malene Birger, Day Birgeret Mikkelsen and Designers Remix. Parisian brands include Paul & Joe and Virginie Castaway. Locals are Ginger & Smart and Jac & Jack.

Pretty Dog

Owner Tanya Stevanovic is loving Pretty Dog’s new home in a Newtown terrace house — more room to show off her collection of designers.

This is the go-to spot for the in-crowd looking for the hottest young Australian and New Zealand designers, including Gary Bigeni, Therese Rawsthorne, Karen Walker, Dion Lee, Laurence Pasquier and Fenella Peacock.

Parlour X

Eva Galambos has taken the best of Paris and transplanted it into the heart of Paddington, in the hope her customers “walk away feeling inspired and excited.”

You’ll find exclusive labels including Balenciaga, Thierry Mugler, Isabel Marant, Theyskens Theory and Azzedine Alaïa. This is set in a bijoux boutique as pretty as the fashion and jewels within it.

Land’s End

Former Vogue staffer Jane Jasper has filled in the missing gaps of Sydney’s best boutiques, offering labels such as Balmain, Proenza Schouler and Preen in her light-filled store.

Jasper aims to create “a celebration of fashion, a mix of beautiful and wearable, something highly aspirational and then something completely unexpected.”

Art Therapi

Balmain may be best known these days for Adriano Zumbo’s takeaway macaroons, but there’s much retail therapy to be done at Art Therapi.

Honing in on the high-end casual market, there are a number of cool European and U.S. labels here, including cool diffusion lines such as Alexander McQueen’s McQ, Rad by Rad Hourani, M Missoni and MM6 Maison Martin Margi

Attic

If you favor that relaxed-but-expensive look, you’ll find it at Attic. Stocking a range of super-chic European labels including Céline, Sofie D’Hoore and PAUW alongside more casual offerings from James Perse and Edun, it whispers lunch in Woollahra and weekends at Palm Beach. Its sister boutique — Arida in Potts Point — finishes the family story with Rick Owens, Stella McCartney, Lanvin and L’Wren Scott.

Becker Minty Woman

Potts Point locals go to Becker Minty Woman when they have a big event in their diary — or just want something glamorous.

It stocks Australian designers including Aurelio Costarella and Julie Lantry, plus fine jewelry from Siobhan Way and Suzy O’Rourke’s millinery. Their accessories are from Rodo and Natalia Brilli — who can create or cover anything in the softest leather (the tiny gold skull purse is beautiful).

Blood Orange

Blood Orange is nestled in the leafy residential enclave of Elizabeth Bay. As well as some of the best in young Australian designers, including Gary Bigeni, Karla Spetic, Bassike and Lover, it has international offerings from Alexander Wang’s T line and K Jacques sandals.

Hip Parisian label APC is also in the house, which does some of the coolest basics around.
