The festivals and various celebrations in Italy are known to have a very great history. This is known to be one of the loveliest country and hence, one of the major tourist attractions.  In the various tourist destinations, these celebrations go on.   • Venice International Film Festival – This film festival is known to be a premier festival and ranks just below the Cannes. Various films that have been made all over the year from all over world are screened judges at various places like open-air piazzas, Palazzo del Cinema and various other movie houses. This film festival usually takes place during the end of August month or beginning of the September month. This is not like the Oscars, which celebrates the Hollywood films, this is the place for the films of all budgets and the ones that are yet to be released.

  • Partita a Scacchi – This is an amazing celebration that takes place in Marostica.
