The Californian deserts offer the best night sky viewing while nightclubs in Los Angeles and San Francisco is the perfect place for party lovers. We first look into the places that have been blessed with brilliant night skies and slowly go into the nightclubs and other places for the music lovers.

The world’s second International Dark Sky community enclosed completely by Anza Borrego State Park is Borrego Springs. This park is one of the best places to gaze a stars.

A brilliant star-gazing destination is Joshua National Park where a lot of public events are provided for this purpose in winter and spring seasons. Most of the programs take place at the Cottonwood campground amphitheatre which is one the darkest place of this park.

Home to the Yaga Labyrinth, century old mud hills and popular hot springs, Tecopa lies between Death Valley National Park and Nevada border. The resort here, every year hosts parties on new moon weekends with powerful telescopes to enjoy the view of the galaxies.

Finally, a non-profit organisation has opened an observatory named ‘The Sky is the Limit Observatory and Nature Centre’ just outside the Joshua National Park which is a heavily visited site for night sky viewing.

Los Angeles has many good night clubs but it is timing that matters and not the venue as different nights have different music, different crowd and a whole new different experience .Some of the best nightclubs in LA are Tower Bar, Greystone Manor, Supperclub, My studio and Skybar to name a few. Celebrities are occasionally spotted in few of these. Great music with good choice of drinks, make these places famous.
