Tierra del Fuego National Park

Tierra del Fuego National Park or Tierra del Fuego National Park is located in the southwestern part of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. The park is easily accessible from Argentina, and from Chile as well, since it lies at the border. The park covers an approximate area of 63,000 hectares, and is rich in environmental resources like forests, lakes, and rivers.

Tierra del Fuego National Park offers a wide range of opportunities for hiking, climbing, fishing and kayaking to its visitors. Its coastal location and soothing environment helps people to feel better and enjoy their vacations at a majestic location. The landscape of the park consists of small beaches, great bays, rugged mountains, and valleys created by glacial erosion.

Visitors can explore various rare and common species of animals, marine world, reptiles, and birds. Plants species found in the park are Berberis buxifolia, Embothrium coccineum, winter’s bark Drimys winteri, and Crowberry. The flower varieties found in the park are calafate, michay, and chaura. Visitors can also find flag tree, strawberry devil, yellow orchids, and other plants in the park.
