Key do’s and don’ts for the time traveler

Probably all of us have at least once wanted to time travel for some reason or other. It is just a passing fancy for some and an obsession for others. Some even have an on-going garage project all their lives for making the time travel machine. If time travel was truly possible we could put so many wrongs into rights. We would be able to observe historical events and also learn about the future which seems so uncertain to us at present. There are many theories regarding time traveling and not all people endorse this concept. Learning all about the future may take out all the excitement out of our lives.  However, if you are really enthusiastic about time traveling then learning one or two tricks will be helpful. Following are some guidelines for time travelers.

1. Future first

Technology finds its way around all hurdles at some point of time. If you are time traveling for the first time, choose to travel to the future instead of the past. In the future, you will have more resources than in the past. Going in the future can help you in returning if your time travel machine stops working properly. Hopefully, you will find technicians who are adept at handling time traveling better than anyone can do now.

2. Avoid the past

If not over enthusiastic about history, don’t go back more than 10 years into the past as it can ruin your life. Think about it, when you go back into time and your time machine gets damaged you may never be able to come back to your own time. On top of that, you will have to cope with uncanny rituals, foods, and clothes. You will not find someone who is capable of understanding your ways and might even get eaten by cannibals. Why take the risk unnecessarily? You should go back to your high school days and propose to your crush but don’t go back to the time when Inca’s reigned in America.

3. Have a rescue plan

Do not take risks while time traveling if you value your life. Take help of trusted friend or a family member. If you are stuck or your vehicle breaks down, then your friend will be able to save your life. Always keep your close circle informed about your time travel destination, so that they can look for you.
