Traveling for the very first time with your romantic partner is something that is bound to fill you with ecstasy. Lots of excitement and expectation is attached with the trip. A trip together might mean that your relationship is getting serious. A change of place and living together all the time will give you more insight if you two are perfectly compatible or not. Good planning can save you both from a lot of trouble and make the trip pleasant. The following tips on what to do and what not to do will guide you through the maze of couple tours.

Dos:

1. Do adjust with your surroundings: You and your partner are two different people with very different attitude towards life. Even if you both are always in sync, the traveling habits may differ. You both have to be ready for some little adjustments and agreements. For example if your partner loves visiting museums and you hate them absolutely, try to accompany them so that the together time does not decrease. Making each other comfortable is only possible with a flexible attitude and broad outlook.

2. Do stay positive: Traveling can be tricky. You may not get the kind of room or facilities that you expected and paid for. Things may get wrong like a punctured tire or delay in reaching destination. Such things can be daunting but still do not let minor issues ruin your trip. Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the moments with your partner. Cherishing the togetherness is all that really matters.

3.  Do new things together: May be one or both of you have been to the place before but you have never been their together. Find out activities which you can enjoy for the first time. Doing new things together is more fun and special.

Don’ts:

4. Don’t hesitate to use your experience: Use your knowledge subtly for the good of both of you. If you have been to the place before you will surely know some great restaurants or places to roam around and you may also save your boyfriend or girlfriend from falling into tourist scams or spending extra bucks unnecessarily.

5. Don’t act superior: Even if you know the place, like the back of your hand, do not flaunt it all the time. It can irritate your partner and kill their fun. Be understanding and explore things in a new light with your partner.
