Potala Palace

Yamdrok Lake

Yamdrok is one of the largest and clearest lakes in Tibet and lies to the south of Yarlong Tsangpo rover in Shannan region. The lake is exquisite with snow-capped mountains surrounding it on all sides which are reflected along with the clear blue sky dotted with clouds in it.

Jokhang Temple

Jokhang Temple or Monaestry is the spiritual center of Tibet, situated in the heart of Lhasa. It is a 7th Century temple built by the king for his two queens. Its unique architecture is a combination of Indian, Han, Tibetan and Nepalese styles.

Namtso Lake

Namtso is the second largest salt water lake in China, covering an expanse of 1920 square meters and rising 4718 meters above sea level. The lake is best visited in summer when the Yaks, hares and other wild animals idly look for food around it.

Gandan Monaestry

Commonly known as one of the “Three Great Temples”, the Gandan Monaestry was built in the year 1409 by Tsongkhapa, founder of the Gelug sect.

Mount Everest

The Mount Everst, which is the highest peak in the world at 8,848 meters, lies in the border of China and Nepal. The surreal beauty of this white Pyramid at the distance will leave its viewers enthralled at the magic of nature.
