There are times when we find ourselves trapped in an existential crisis, but can’t find a way to get out of it. Everything around us seems uncertain, and we don’t know what to believe in and what not to believe in. At times like these, we should think about things that have a high degree of certainty. Things like our good experiences of the past could serve as a great benchmark for this. They show us how at different times we thought and acted differently and how our present experiences are transitory. But, since our mind bombards us with just negative thoughts when we are having a bad time, we can’t rely on our memory at that time. So, we should write down all our good experiences and thoughts beforehand, so that they can inspire us later on.
Quotes; “When too many conflicting ideas about your existence start crossing your mind, try to look at the positives of your past endeavors and how successfully you managed to handle a demanding situation.” – Quote by Dr Prem Jagyasi
