Life involves a lot of small things. These are the things that we can neither ignore nor let go. However, if we have a much bigger in life, it might seem like these are dragging you down. But you should make sure that they don’t. By doing yoga and practicing mindfulness meditation, we can bring ourselves to a state where we can add a sense of reverence and detachment to all of our actions. We must remember that it is the small droplets that ultimately add up to become an ocean. And if we add mindfulness to even the smallest of our actions, they’d act as meditations, and bring lots and lots of peace into our lives.
