The attitude that we have within our mind ultimately reflects into whatever that we are doing. If we are thinking about one thing while doing another, then not only we’d be more likely to make mistakes, in addition, we might even be easier pray to procrastination and laziness. But for most of us work is work and it has to be done one way or the other, so we might as well do it with the deepest of concentration, and get it done as efficiently as possible. Mindfulness meditation is one way of evoking such concentration. Moreover, if we can choose, we should try that we only do things that we like.
