The reason is the most beautiful gift that God or nature has bestowed on humanity. However, when we are too entangled in the whirlpool of emotions and feelings, we end up subverting it. But while doing that there’s one thing that most of us tend to forget, our feelings and emotions tend to follow a definite pattern. And if we base our lives on them, even our lives would keep going in circles without any hope of salvation. So, the reason is the thing that’d ultimately help us identify the circular pattern of emotions and feelings, and it’d also liberate us from them. Therefore, by practicing mindfulness meditation and increasing our knowledge we should try our best to improve our reason.
