It is our thoughts that ultimately control us. The only difference we can make is, whether we are conscious about these thoughts or not. Disorders like depression and anxiety are characterized by a constant negative inflow of thoughts that we can’t control. So, whenever we can, it is important to become aware of and then get rid of such thoughts. Once we have done that, we should fill our minds with something new. Meditating and reading positive books are some ways of achieving both the objectives. Then, by focusing your power on some singular aim, you can achieve things with your power of thought.
