Once you are confident enough in yourself, you don’t need to follow others in each and everything. Our confidence would force us to give a truer expression to our deepest self, which is different for everybody. It’d drag the uniqueness within you towards the outer world because you are confident of who you are. You are confident of not only your advantages but your shortcomings. In case, however, if you ignore your shortcomings, you are very likely to fall prey to overconfidence. Don’t do that. You are not yourself in overconfidence. You simply try to be better than yourself but forget that your natural self is the best.
