Anger is amongst the most natural human emotions. Everybody gets angry. There’s hardly anyone who might not have had an extreme fit of anger at least once in their lives. But while some people simply end up taking out their anger on whosoever is next to them, the wise among us never subscribe to such behavior. They recognize anger as if it were a temporary disease and they have a list of things that they know they can do to cool down their anger. It could be something as simple as taking shower, going out for a walk, or just doing karaoke. Wise people make decisions only when they have successfully overcome their anger.
