However, you can use that knowledge as inspiration to lead an amazing life. You don’t have time to waste. All the time you spend focusing on negative emotions is time that you’re not spending feeling happy.
Cultivating an attitude of acceptance isn’t easy. However, it is doable. You can practice it. Start by trying to recognize that your feelings aren’t bad and they don’t bind you to any particular action.

You don’t need to meet them in person to learn their teachings. Your guru can help you when you encounter sticky moments. Finding the right person to guide takes time. You may need to join a church or spiritual group online. If you’re not religious, you can still find people who you agree with.
The right attitude will take you far in life. Even if your life is full of struggles, they will be easier to bear if you have the right mindset. Conversely, it doesn’t matter if everything in your life is going right if you’re depressed or trapped in a negative thinking pattern. You’ll interpret everything in a bad way.
When you decide to take control of your life, you realize how much power you have. Nobody can make you feel a certain way. Your body is feeble and can be imprisoned but your mind is free. Spiritual teachers believe that your thoughts control your reality. If you feel like a slave, you are one. If you feel like a queen, you are one. People don’t realize this and they allow themselves to feel bad because of their surroundings. But those can’t be controlled, leaving the person at the mercy of their environment. This is a very hard way to live.
