So you have been feeling depressed lately? Like nothing makes sense anymore? You have been probably betrayed by someone you thought who will never betray you or someone rejected you or dumped you and you feel like it is the end of the world for you. You feel frustrated; anxious scared all of a sudden. Your world is going down, and you don’t know what to do. You think that every bad thing happens to you and you are the unluckiest person on the face of the earth! You are not sure what is real and fake anymore.
And who is to blame for all this? Honestly, you can blame people for everything but it is not going to get you anywhere. You won’t feel good about yourself, you won’t feel satisfied. Why? Well, because people do not care or think before they hurt someone and they do not care either not until it’s too late. So stop crying over people and fix your life right now. Start loving your life, start appreciating yourself!
Of course, it is not going to be easy. It is easy said than applied in reality. But nothing is impossible. Here’s how you are going to fix yourself!
Bring a change in your life
Start appreciating all the blessings you have because trust me someone out there is craving for all that you have, he or she is dying for what you have. So appreciate what you have and be thankful for the life you are living. One thing that actually helps with this is to write about what you are thankful for everyday at the end of the day. By doing this, you will automatically feel more blessed.
Get rid of what makes you feel unwanted
Step 2 is to get rid of all that stuff that makes you feel bad or unwanted. If it is useful stuff but you don’t want it around, then donate it. Have a big heart and donate the things you don’t need. It will help you feel more satisfied from the inside.
Always look on the bright side!
Always try to smile no matter what. Always try to find something positive in a big pile of negative. Don’t ever lose hope and faith in yourself. Never stop believing in yourself. Remember, self hate or self-pity is never the answer to anything; it is like running away from your life. You only get one life, so enjoy it while you can.
