Pop the question at the end of the dinner and watch her hearth melt away. You are surely not going to find a better way than this to propose her.

Just like with girlfriend, the same rule applies for boyfriends. Do not propose your man in the office; it will turn out to be an embarrassing moment. Remember, the other girls in the office respect him as their boss and you don’t have any right to spoil that and embarrass him. Hence, no matter how eager you are, wait until the 2 of you are home and then ask him the question. Chances are, he himself might have been planning to ask you the same since a long time.
