Happiness – Joy of making others happy

Happiness is that everyone ultimately seeks in life. One wants to be rich because it makes one happy and one wants to get a new car because it will make one happy. Almost every choice one makes in life tends towards to the amount of happiness that it can provide to one at that particular period of time. Happiness is the ultimate purpose in one’s life. Happiness is achievable, for everybody. Happiness is determined more by minds than the circumstances. Happiness is an inner state of mind. But there is nothing fixed in this ever changing world, ups and downs in one’s life, increase the importance of happiness which makes happiness and sadness two sides of a coin.

Change is the law of nature, which is expected that would change, is the law of life .Nothing is fixed in this every second changing world. Change is the order of the world like after every night there is a day and after every day there is a night, similarly happiness and sadness are the two sides of a coin, everyone has to face it no one can escape from it. This refers to sadness because no one wants it. But if there is no sadness in our life, then there will be no fun of living. Ups and downs in our life, accelerates the importance of happiness. This gives us strength to face and solve every problem boldly. Making others happy is one of the best ways to have a great day yourself. It can brighten the world around you.

The truth is that happiness also drives success. Happy people are most successful around the world. Happy people generally have tendency to have more positive perceptions of them and others, and they are more socially active also likeable and cooperative to others along with better problem solving abilities. They also have a higher energy levels and increased creativity. They cope better with stress, are better negotiators and are better at conflict resolution. Happy people are better and more efficient decision makers. Happy people tend to make better environment for others, which also make them happy. It is human nature to seek and enjoy success and to want greater well being, satisfaction and meaning in life. The new science of happiness shows that developing happiness is the natural way to achieving these goals and spreading happiness.

 

Smile is a healing agent

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy which also makes one happy, despite of own situations and hardships.  Smile is something that makes you to be unique, there are many languages on earth. But Smile is something that speaks them all. A smile can make other happy also making a better day in somebody’s life is by sharing a smile and healing their heart. The difference is felt when one start sharing smile when one bring a smile on a person lieng in the bed of an hospital, donating blood, giving charity to a old beggar, giving choclates to poor children, donating books, visiting a orphanage or a old age homes with gifts if you can afford or just give them a visit and spend some time with them. Indeed one does feel happy by making others happy.

Making someone happy is a matter of being sensitive to one’s needs. Many pursue the common approach of knowing what the other wants in order to bring them happiness, but the truth however is that we don’t need to know what they want. Instead, we should be observant to the subtleties of their aspirations.

There are many ways that one can make someone happy. All people are different, making happy for one may not be for the other. An effective method to know one can make someone happy is to be sensitive to their concerns.

 

A simple touch of affection

Extending happiness can be as simple as a touch of affection. A simple touch of affection can make a tremendous change in the behavior of the person and can make him happy. And that happy person will make another person happy. The chain does goes on and world will becomes a good place to live in. Such a simple affection can touch the hidden power and it is one of the longing of every person.

Be appreciative

If one wants to make someone happy one should learn to appreciate them more. The credits should be given to the accomplishments that one can makes irrespective no matter how little and give importance to the efforts they can be made. People need to be appreciated one way or another, and by being generously appreciative, one can surely extend the happiness to someone or other.

Extend a helping hand

Helping hand plays an important role in making someone happy. Such helping hand proves to be the noblest form of bringing happiness to somebody. Nothing brings much greater delight to a person can find a helping hand to aid in moments of needs. Everyone does require a lending hand once in a while and one feel very happy when someone gives them when one needs the most.

 Showing kindness

It is always said that kindness is the universal language of love. By being kind to someone, one can express concern the others. Kindness makes one realize the connection with others; irrespective of any sort of barriers, such show of kindness portrays an act of love. When someone shows kindness it lifts the spirits and gives an unexplainable feeling of gratitude. It makes one happy knowing that someone has made an effort to go out of their way only to extend their grace.
