Japanese strongly believe that Vision without action is daydreaming and Action without vision is like a nightmare. Which one is better? There are no second thoughts none of them are good. Day dreaming or night mare brings nothing but becomes a source of time pass.
What qualities bring vision along?
ü Leadership qualities
ü Sacrificing qualities
ü Risk taking abilities
ü Ability to make impossible possible
It is not easy to be a visionary. One ahs to bear all the risk and the dangers on his shoulders and then can bridge the gap. Every now and then one has to shoe different qualities to become a visionary person.
Visionary people are armed only with their vision.
When Sir Isaac Newton saw that the apple was falling but Newton asked why did the apple fell? It was his vision that made him SIR Isaac Newton. The most important thing in vision is:
Choose a path where you are not a followers instead choose that path where you can be a leader and then can leave a trial. It is matter of time and the decision that one takes.
A person with real vision can see that the project is impossible but with his vision he can do the impossible possible. He should be able to take the burden of blame and yet believe in himself that the dreams which he saw for his future will happen one day. It is the strong belief that one has.
Where there is no vision people will perish
If you think of big empires then the first step is to think that the empire is in the minds of the visionary people. There are certain steps to become a visionary individual they are as follows:
ü Optimistic attitude
ü Ability to dream and convert them into reality
ü Deadly focused
ü Can sacrifice anything for his vision
The big empires are profitable only because the founders had vision about making it big very big. With their vision and risk taking ability they are what they are today.
Visionary people think and make backward plans. For example their end result is profits then they start working towards it as to find out the ways and means to achieve that profit.
Determination also plays a vital role in vision and it is due to the vision that a way can be found out.
Vision makes a man and it is so big that if one’s vision is to make a ship he has to understand the depth of the ocean as well. Only then a powerful ship can be created. At first it might seem that the task is too huge to be achieved but one can to make continuous efforts to make it possible. The focus should never be shifted nor should it get blurred. At first the entire energy can be drained out but again and again it should be tried.
Vision is in danger not when the aim is too high and we miss it. It is rather when the aim is too low and we achieve it.
