Control means to set boundaries and barriers for your mind. It is the process to stop yourself to do the work that you actually don’t want to do or you should not. Self control shows you that how much influence you have to face the situation, where one side of your mind is saying that the work you are doing is right and on the other side, it seems to be wrong. Actually, it works in the situation, when one has to control himself in the condition, where the bad attitude or anger can damage the situation, because in the condition of anger, you lose your ability to think and get the decisions, which can spoil your aim to meet success. These situations tell you that you have control on your mind or not!  If you have control on yourself then you can decrease the chances of failure and can play with your mind in the way you want it to play.

If you have ability to control yourself then you will get the power to push yourself harder and enjoy your work more. Self control is not one day process that you can get in a short time. You can win control on your mind by practicing it over yourself and your emotions. If you got control yourself, then it is essential to main it throughout other difficult situations. When you become able to maintain yourself to control then you can rebound and correct any tougher situation. Self control also helps you to calm down yourself in difficult circumstances of life, in the way as a mother soothes her child, when he is crying.

Several times in life, we face the situations, which put our mind in depression and anxiety. At those circumstances, we please others to help us. Remember one thing that you know yourself better than others and if you want to escape from those problems then you have to help yourself by controlling your mind. Self control is the way, from where you can learn to feel better when the tougher situation threaten your peace of mind.

Self control also works as fuel, when you face problem in paying attention towards your target. Self control provides you the sufficient energy to handle those difficult circumstances. If you have skill to maintain self control in unusual situations then you can decrease the harm done to the condition by bad attitude or anger.

Self control is not an easy job to do. While doing a task, the feeling of loss of control becomes the most powerful anti motivating factors. When the thing comes to your mind that rather than controlling yourself, you are just forcing your mind to do that task, then it becomes tougher to meet success. At that point, you have to be stronger and fight with the anti motivating factors; so that you can achieve the goals, which you are looking for.
