Are you worried because your body has started producing less estrogen than before? This stage of life in women is called as perimenopause or menopause transition. Perimenopause occurs two to four years before menopause, but for some women it may last for some years or months before menopause. Menopause is the stage when eggs won’t release out of ovaries. So in perimonopause stage these eggs start declining by bringing irregular periods, anxiousness, depression, insomnia and mood-swings.

It usually happens at the age of 40, which is a quiet comfortable stage for high ambitious working ladies. Nobody wants to suffer the pre effects of menopause. Those women who have gone in depression cause of these pre effects can reduce their sufferings with some tips. Try to keep yourself healthy with necessary diet and avoid perimenopause.

Causes of perimenopause

The rate of decrease of estrogen egg in a women’s body is the recognition of perimenopause. You can also recognize this stage when you start experiencing night sweats, tenderness in breasts, fatigue, leakage of urine while sneezing, urinary urgency, decreased libido, irregularity in periods, worsening of premenstrual syndrome and frequent mood swings.

Irregularities in periods of ladies are different from those who are suffering from perimenopause. You must consult a doctor if you are getting very heavy periods with long clots of blood, it could be a sign of perimeopause.

If your periods are occurring closer and you are experiencing spot after sex, then you may be a victim of perinememopause. If your periods are lasting only for several days than usual or if you spot between periods, then you must consider some gynecologist soon.

Treatments that can reduce perimenopause

Try to do things which you love to do. You will smile from inside and your body will reflect that. Nothing can enrich you more than enhancing your general well-being.

  • Exercise: Workout as much as you can. Go out for jogging in morning. It will improve your health by sounding you much better than before. These things will take you out from depression.
  • Stop smoking: Smoking is injurious for women at their 30’s. Quit smoking and increase the blood count in your body.
  • Proper timetable: Set up one timetable and follow it. Do not alter the timings of your sleep. Every day go to sleep at that fixed time and wake up at the same time.
  • Alcohol: You must prohibit drinking alcohol. Consumption of alcohol can affect your hormones levels and bone health. To avoid imbalance in your life, you must not drink it.
  • Reach a healthy weight: Increase or decrease your weight according to the weight specified for your age. Reach the expected weight and stay there.
  • More intake of calcium: You must increase the intake of calcium, so that you feel happy and energetic all the time.
  • Use of multivitamins: Multivitamins helps a lot at this stage. Ask your doctor, which one will be good for you to take.
