Be careful: The opportunities we choose define our lives!

Life is an open-menu! You can choose whatever you want as per your whims and fancies. However, only a rare few dare to be what they want to be. Living an uninfluenced, authentic life is not for those, who get meshed up in the outer directives- let inner directives be your guide and you will taste forever bliss. But the most important question is- are you ready to take that bold step?
We are not here to prove something to the world; we are here to realize our utmost potential. For that to happen, great courage is required. One has to let go off the shell of security and venture into the unknown. Precisely speaking, if you are looking for nothing but job security and end up getting involved in a highly-lucrative work that you would have not attempted unless the monetary gains were eye-popping, you might feel choked by an unremitting sense of non-satisfaction.
There are millions out there, who are entangled in a particular work just to bulk up their wallets. Or maybe, your parents wanted you to mimic their life pattern, and being a good son/daughter, you readily agreed to behave like a ‘family puppet.’ I am not sure whether you will agree with me or not, but living the aforesaid life is not actually living naturally. Even several psychologists second the opinion that a major cause of depression in human life is living someone else’s life.
To distance yourself from such ‘life long frustration’, realize your inherent talent and summon the courage to nourish it like anything. Your life is your life and you should be courageous enough to direct it and also act throughout, as per your soul’s voice. Take the opportunities that go with your nature and you will pocket something bigger than money or a picture-perfect life.
And when you are ready to steer your life: hanker for progress, not for perfection. A vague-reality is that imperfection and perfection are two extremes of our desires. Hanging out in the middle is the joy-enhancing way to adopt. Let me elucidate that this doesn’t mean following a lazed attitude and becoming aversive towards further success. A progressive attitude is a must for the ever-evolving mankind. And the big paradox is that progression makes you better, not perfect!
Look into the annals of history and you will surely become enlightened that no one has ever been perfect in this world; people have only made the best of what they have got. So, make the most of your life by living naturally and making the right choices. After all, what you choose defines your life.
