Loneliness Is Terrible Poverty

“Lonely you feel lonelier the world makes you feel” this is 100% true. Never pity self and be the king of the world even if you are not. It is said that loneliness is a terrible poverty. That is why even you are poor you should not feel lonely.

But there is a peculiarity of loneliness which is it comes only when there is no one around you. At that point of time you feel that you are lonely. So try to avoid such situations when you feel that there is no one to take care of to be loved. Loneliness is sadness and it takes birth within us. No one is responsible for making you lonely but your own self.

Mind is the power house of all types if energies in the world. Try to feed mind with positive and only positive thoughts. At any point of time there should be no negativity in your mind. That is the sign of not only winner but also a leader.

Loneliness also comes when you fail to understand what you want from yourself and from the people around you. That is why there are so many people who commit suicide sometimes out of frustration and sometimes out of loneliness.

When there are so many things to do then loneliness should be the last guest to be invited. Remember we are here to make bridges among individuals and not walls. The motives of our birth is make friends and live a peaceful life that can be done only when there is positive thinking and when there are friends in life.

“You don’t want to be alone you are left alone”

When you concentrate on the above mentioned sentence you can visualize that it is individual nature that makes or breaks an individual. Your approach is the most important factor in life. If we take a routine example let’s say that you are walking on the street and meet your hi- bye friend. If you just smile towards that individual he can become your friend. A simple hi can make long lasting friendship. You greeted him because your approach is simple and friendly. On the other hand if you display your attitude and just walk away then you wills surely have loneliness as your friend.

This is the approach which was illustrated in the above example. Such small small examples and changes can make an individual change his mindset and become an optimistic person.

Chanakya said “Straight Trees cut first.” When he said trees, he was referring to human beings who are selfless and think of others first. Everyone in this world is selfish and today it is defined as Being Practical.  When you create loneliness for yourself then you are not eligible to blame anyone for the consequences.

The moment you become selfish and forget about people around you then the second step would be schemes in your life. These schemes will damage the relationships very strongly and then you will realize that you lost a diamond because you were busy collection stones.

Loneliness not only affects mind but also to the soul, then there are dangerous consequences. One has to fight against loneliness and promise self that it will never reoccur. Fighting with loneliness is a quality of the leader.

Never have an ideal mind because an ideal mind is devil’s workshop. Keep engaging your mind in some work and then you can never feel lonely. That is the reason there are so many workshops and seminars which are held simply to understand how loneliness can be tackled.

Like all other feelings of love, hatred, anger, and compassion, depression is also a feeling and you should not encourage that feeling. It is a temporary situation and that can be handled with time. You should have fighting spirit and that is all to fight against loneliness.

Love everyone and get loved by everyone is the best medicine for loneliness and if that attitude is in the mind you will never be lonely and you can fight for the one who are feeling lonely. Be the leader of your mind and thoughts and make loneliness your slave.

So what do you do to not feel lonely, yes, there are certain few things that you can do to not feel this poverty in the mind. Things that is more practical than spiritual and emotional. Learn to have fun, in your way, your style. Narrow down on things you like to do and do the, It is often said that tomorrow never comes, do the things you like today itself. Maybe tomorrow you won’t have the time to do the things you like to do. Be it anything. Starting from painting to yoga to teaching to counseling or may joining an NGO.

Take part in some sort of activity oriented activity that will keep you busy, occupied and keep your mind filled with thoughts. Do not let your mind remain idle. They say “Idle mind is a devil’s workshop.” Read self help books they are always a boon, the motivate you; help you regain the confidence that you have lost. For some, pets are their best friends whereas for some the books are their best friends. Go for a jog, this will improve your metal state of mind. Visit people, catch up with old friends, take an effort meet them. It will take you a long way in reducing your bouts of loneliness. There is no harm n joining dance classes or classes or any sort of training of your choice that will help you make new friends.

Loneliness is a feeling that needs to be conquered, it need to be dealt with smartly. Each of us feels lonely, it is all about how you circumnavigate the feeling and fool your mind. My person suggestion says, keep your mind busy, remain busy with anything, just about nothing you do, I am quite confident it will help you feeling of lowliness reduce if not full, then at least by a quarter.
