Each one of us makes New Year’s resolutions and do attempt them at the onset, faltering at the end.  Many people believe that “resolutions are meant to be broken” but then why make them in the first place?  Most people, particularly women, make their favourite resolution- losing weight and commence the year with a half-hearted approach to it.  Most of us prepare long lists and get overwhelmed to the extent that we procrastinate and forget.

Tai Chi has other benefits as well such as the ability to reduce blood pressure and cure insomnia, apart from providing deep and relaxed sleep patterns.  It helps psychologically too in terms of mood enhancements, as it rids the body of depression, anxiety and stress.
