Why do we see sadness (bad phase) as a disease to be cured while happiness (good phase) as a gift of life? Instead, both are just emotions and part of life. Don’t let your emotions and feeling drain you for short term instances, incidents, and activity. Try to align your life with long term objectives in order to remain stable and focused.
Know that there is light after every dark phase. Know that if it’s the worst, it will only go up from that.
