Mental wellness is an oft-used term but is yet to be understood properly. Mental wellness is a much bigger canvas covering many wellness dimensions. Its time we must talk about it more and create the right settings to help people recover from mental discords.
Mental Wellness is a continuous process guided by conscious choices on how we think, feel, express our emotions, connect with others, act to grow, build resilience and thrive. Mental wellness could be associated with psychological well-being led by growth, purpose, self-acceptance, autonomy, and control over the environment and positive relationships.
