I intend to make my version of the maple smoked salmon fillet recipes and for that I intend to use the pure maple syrup that too half a cup. But I am so confused about this, if I use half a cup of pure maple syrup to make maple smoked salmon fillet recipes then will that make my one pound salmon too sweet? If you have any recipe that uses the maple syrup the way I want then please share it with me so that I learn how to use the syrup in making fishes of this kind? Please help.
