How do I conveniently deal with my kava drink and make my drink stronger in taste without making it bitter?

I have heard about the couple of ways to consume kava. Drinks can be prepared from ground kava root, alcohol extracts, and kava can be chewed or put under the tongue. I tried to mix the kava powder in water but then removed the kava root before drinking but it involves a lot of inconvenience that is why I am searching for an easier way to deal with it, I tried to use a large teabag to filter the drink somehow but that too failed, will you please help me out? One more thing that I need to ask you is that I want some extra fiber and the strong taste in my kava drink without making it bitter, how should I go about it?
