I was speculating the other day whether the calories per serving of food label includes the calories of all nutritional elements like protein, carbohydrate, and fat. According to an article on health and nutrition, if a specific food has 250 calories and 12 grams of carbohydrates in it, then it means that 250 calories include the calories from 12 grams of carbohydrates as well. I could not really corroborate the details properly; therefore, I would really want to know how can I check calories of food? I would really appreciate an early feedback on this. Thanks.
