My daughter has started with some low carbohydrate diet and I am in a fix, as to what all should I prepare for her considering her diet plan. I want to know about low carbohydrate foods, along with the required quantity, which is necessary for a 19 years old girl, taking into consideration that she is on low carbohydrate diet. In addition, I would really appreciate if you guys can advice me whether low carbohydrate foods indeed help in reducing weight. Thanks.
