Beer Series: Introduction

hjhjBeer has a range of culinary usages and this gives me an opportunity to bring out a “Beer Series”. In the first chapter, I would like to present the most exciting and delicious round of meat marinades with beer.
I would first thank the “I kitchen depot blog” for its revelation on meat marinades, but it is quite restrictive. Teriyaki or barbecue flavored sauces do not go with all kinds of meat. Therefore, one has to be very careful of the pairing one uses with beer and meat. Beer can fortify the flavor of almost all kinds of meat including deer meat, pork, beef, chicken, but not lamb.Thanks Ikitchendepot
