Extremely glad to help smaller cities of the world to understand Global Healthcare, Medical Tourism, and Lean Healthcare. Just conducted a Medical Tourism workshop in Patna, India, and was very happy with participation and outcomes. Also had a pleasure to present my book to Padma Shri Dr. R N Singh of Anup orthopedics, such a great personality. I am overjoyed. They are coming up with the brand new hospital, so my visits were instrumental to build long term strategies. It was fun being there.
