Confident people believe in learning rather than boasting their achievements.

Dr Prem Jagyasi says that boasting your achievements could have a deep psychological cause behind it. Rather than being a sign of confidence, it could be a result of lack of faith in your abilities. By boasting you try to cover up for that which isn’t there. In fact, Dr Prem Jagyasi adds, by boasting again and again you might be subconsciously trying to give a boost to your low confidence. However, as is evident from their behavior, the truly successful people are more concerned with doing their work than boasting about it. They are constantly in search of something new to learn. Something that further refines the understanding of the world and makes them better at their work.
