Starting with Mountain Pose or Tadasana, shift your bodyweight to your left foot while inhaling and bending your right knee. Hold your right foot with your right hand. Extend your left arm and focus on a spot in front of you to maintain that perfect balance. Now, while you bend your upper body forward, make sure that you are pressing your right foot away from you.<\/p>\n<p>3. Further, keep your chest open, raise your right foot and keep your left leg as straight as you can.<\/p>\n<p>4. Maintain this position for 10-15 seconds and then return to Tadasana. Finally, repeat this pose on the other side.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1.The Dancer Pose strengthens your legs and ankles since you balance your body on your knees and ankles.<\/p>\n<p>2.
