Mud therapy is a popular herbal spa treatment and forms an essential part of the anti aging program.

Principle

Mud is considered to contain five basic elements of nature that have a healing effect on the mind, body and spirit. The dark color of mud helps to absorb colors from the exterior and transfer it into the body. Mud is used by applying it on the body, as it can absorb moisture and cause cooling.

Method

The mud that is used for mud therapy is carefully collected from the lower layers of ground to avoid the presence of contaminants.
