After a storm in 1954 the pelican gave migrating to become a local resident. It worth visiting cause you can see the boats arriving and departing.\u00a0 It is 7 km away from the Mykonos town. The altitude of tower is 19meters and the height of it is 184 meters.<\/p>\n<p><b>Paraportiani<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>It is located in the neighbour of Kastro, in the town of Chora, on the greek island of Mykonos. The really refers as the \u201cOur lady of the side gate\u201d in Greek. The church is so impressive whitewashed church consists of five other churches attached together. It is called as the one of the most important mythological, historical and archaeological sites in Greece.\u00a0 Delos is the holy place for a millennium before Olympian Greek mythology the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. The windmills can clearly visible from every point of the village of Mykonos. There are 16 windmills on Mykonos of which 7 are located on the landmark hill in chora. These are primarily used for wheat mill. The architecture is similar for all the windmills.
