Its height is 3,200 meters above sea level. It includes a number of churches such as Saint Raguel and Saint Mary. It is also known as a historical place where Emperor Menelik II built his palace when he found Addis Ababa. The forest wood is used as a firewood and was the only material used in the construction of buildings. Currently, the Ethiopian Heritage trust, which is a non-profit and non-governmental organization, is working on changing a part of mountain to a natural park. To the northeastern part of Addis Ababa Lies the Entoto Natural Park\u00a0covering 1,300 hectares of the southeastern slopes of Mt.
