With a height of 786 meters, Gros Piton is taller than Petit Piton. The climb to the mountain is not very difficult, but still good enough to test the mettle of a beginner. Visitors can climb to the mountain without ropes and the climb provides a good mountaineering experience. It\u2019s just a matter of few hours for one to reach the summit and come back down to the sea level. If you need to rest in the middle of hiking, there are several stops where you can take a breath and enjoy some impressive views.
