It couldn\\&#8217;t have been easier or more effortless. I bought a $50 gift certificate, which I guess guarantees I will show up, they took my name\/phone \/email ID, and said they had contact me next Mon or Tue to set up an appointment time on Thursday to pick up the phone. I was the 15th person to pre-order and they are getting 90 phones. The process was as smooth as silk, and there was no one waiting in line.
